Create a folder inside /etc/apache2/conf.d/userdata/ssl/2_4/$cPanelUser/ with the domain name or subdomain name that you want to setup the proxy for. For example: /etc/apache2/conf.d/userdata/ssl/2_4/democe5/pwa.demo.cedcommerce.com where pwa.demo.cedcommerce.com is a folder and pwa.demo.cedcommerce.com is the domain that you want to map, inside this folder, create a file called proxy.conf and populate it withe lines below.
